I love this picture of Sophie (thanks to Daddy for capturing it). Now that she is standing and taking a few steps on her own, it seems like she is always at a loss for what to do with her hands, thus the whole hands on her hips pose and that smile- she is so proud of herself!!
Enjoying a picnic lunch during the holiday known as Golden Week because there are several holidays in a row and thus several days off to enjoy the great weather.
Playing off some of that extra energy after lunch. He played so much that he fell asleep in the car on the five minute ride home.
Sophie's favorite thing to do at the park was sit in the grass and pick up leaves, flowers and grass and examine each and every one carefully before trying to eat it.
