A Hop, Jump and Skipping Rope
Last Friday, there was note from Bailey's school saying he needed to bring a jump rope by Tuesday. We went to buy one and of course, Sophie had to have one too. Which then led to Bailey wanting two- one to take and keep at school and one to keep and play with at home. From the looks of this video, they both have a long way to go!

Keeping WII Fit
The kids have recently discovered the fun of WII Fit and I find it especially useful for rainy days when the kids go stir crazy and/or have enough energy for three people.

Before The Rice Cooker Beeps
A lot of mornings (especially when I have to make lunch) I wash rice the night before, put it in the rice cooker and set it to be finished cooking at 6:00 am. The last few mornings, despite my best efforts at long walks and lots of outdoor play time- yesterday we were outside from 9:30 am until almost 4:00- Bailey still wakes up long before the rice cooker beeps. Sophie is still asleep, so it is good to know that my plan at least half worked. Since I am up anyway, why not update the old blog, right?
Can you guess what Olympic sport the kids were watching? Never mind all the junk in the background. Just focus on the kids, okay?
