Separated

What do you do when your body is in Japan, but your heart is in the US?

What do you do when the only thing standing in your way is the cost of an airline ticket?

My heart aches for my little sister and her husband. My little sister lost a brother-in-law and her husband lost a brother.

I love you guys and my thoughts and prayers are with you even if I am not.

Hi Trisha, I can relate on so many levels on how you feel right now. My body is in the US but my heart longs for Kenya! I have been on the same circumstances way too many times, but each and every time I am amazed at how God lifts me up, and is able to give me the strength I need to overcome sadness, separation, homesickness, etc. Sorry about your loss. Thanks for visiting me the other day ;)

I am so sorry Trisha. I can't imagine. You are with them heart and spirit, if not in body. My prayers are with you.

Aww Trisha. I'm so sorry. I remembering when my sister was sick and being induced. I was only 12 hours away, but hubby was out of town and I hated that feeling of being helpless. I wanted to go but there was no way.
Praying for you! Maybe a little Swiss Miss from TN will help some!?!?! Amy

Oh, I'm so sorry to hear of this. I live about 24 hours from my family and it seems as though an ocean separates us, especially during difficult times like these.

I'm offering prayers up for you and your sister's family.
