Summer time in Japan means festivals, lots and lots of festivals. Here is Hubs sister Hiromi with cousins Kazu and Ayano warming up to play the Japanese base drum or taiko.
Giving Mommy a little love. Love the way he has to grab you by the face.
Hirom and Kazu banging on the drum.
Hiromi's son Eito trying to figure the whole drumming thing out.
The noise, the heat, the lights. It was all too much for Sophie. She slept most of the time we were there.
Dancing to the beat of the taiko drum.
Bailey trying his hand.
I am sure this is our first of many festivals. Look for more pictures in the future.

I just want you to know, I love your blog!!!
I love all the stories and pictures...my favorite today is the one of your little boy holding your face and giving you a mooch!!!
and your sweet baby girl having a snooze!!!
Just too precious!!
Uhm... Trisha your hairs need help. I went to get mine cut on Friday and the woman asked if you liked yours and if you had kept it like it was cut... that's a big obvious NO. Nanny would be upset.
Tammy- thanks so much! Glad that you like it! It is kinda therapy for me, writing forces me to focus and forget the stresses of the day.
