Cream stew with corn, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms and chicken (basically, a clean out the freezer/fridge kinda thing) and focaccia made with lotus root and the help of my wonderful bread machine. The bread was really, really good but none of us were in love with the cream stew. It was really quick and easy to put together, but it just isn't one of our favorite dishes. What's For Dinner Wednesday V

It looks delicious though. : ) And the focaccia sounded really yummy too. I like the focaccia from Saizeriya. So, I bet yours was really good, since it was homemade. : )
