What's For Dinner Wednesday IV

A quick and easy meal thanks to my good old crock pot was on the menu last night. The BBQ chicken was made in the crock pot and topped with cole slaw and served with fries. There are even leftovers for lunch tomorrow. I can hardly wait!

Man that reminds me exactly of the bbq pork sandwich I blogged about a year or so back. Right down to the coleslaw.

PS, next time I make that, I will try using the crock pot for the meat. I bet it was much more tender using the crock pot. : )
