My first attempt at homemade potato chips resulted in a very nasty cut from the slicer, but the oven-baked chips turned out pretty good. I seasoned them with grated parmesan, a little salt and pepper and garlic.
Another day, another batch of butter and buttermilk. Neither one lasts very long.
Tonight's dinner- beef stew (using a Paula Dean recipe) and drop rolls. Perfect food for chilly nights.
