"Good morning," I said into the telephone, rubbing the sleep out of my eyes, "The school just called. It's raining again, so they are postponing the field day, again."
"I figured as much," replied my mother-in-law, "How about you let me know when they do decide to do it."
I opened my mouth to reply, but I heard her hang up.
Seems like I am not the only one getting tired of this waiting game.
